Pray Until Something Happens! I don’t know who came up with that acronym, but it’s a great one. I believe in continually praying until God answers my prayer, whether it’s the answer I’m looking for or not. My children and grandchildren are perpetually in my prayers, along with other family members. I pray over different situations in their lives and for prayer covering over them in general every day.
It doesn’t matter if your prayer request is for someone to accept Christ, come back to the Lord, or if it’s for healing, finances, jobs, or anything else. Pray until something happens. Pray in faith, expecting God to hear your prayer and that he will answer in his timing. It may be an instant answer or the answer may be long in coming. God simply tells us to pray.
Daily dialog with God through prayer, worship, and thanksgiving puts you in a position to offer your petitions to him. Don’t make him a 9-1-1 call when you have an emergency. Call upon him every day and let him know all your needs, even the ones that you think you can handle by yourself. Cast all your cares upon him because he cares for you! Don’t give up when you don’t see results right away. Pray Until Something Happens!
